Now You Will Be Able To Reputate A Staff Member Or A Member In Good And Bad Ways.It Can Be Negative -1 Or Positve +1.It's All Depends On You What You Vote For.Only 5 Vote Is Allowed /Day.
A Small Picture Shows You Where Can You Vote For Users.Yeah Its A Small Icon But Trust Me It Was The Largest I Found In The Stock.
